New version of Remote Shutdown is available (still beta, but with major improvements).  Hopefully sometime we will have time to look into an upgrade for Security SetUp II, we would like to make it better compatible with XP, NT and 2000 but as this requires some major rewriting we will not make any promisses (its hard finding the time for such major projects).

November 2000
Build 205 was released, this build solves a problem with WinME plus a few other very minor bugs.  If you are using WinME you should upgrade to build 205.

October 2000
Work began on Remote SHUTDOWN, a utility to preform scheduled remote shutdowns of WinNT/2000 workstation/servers. A fully featured beta version can be downloaded from this web-site. 

Summer 2000
The development of Security SetUp 2000 began, but was delayed due to a serious bag injury i in August, work has resumed and with a little luck it'll be ready around christmas.  New features include IE options and partially support of different profiles.

March 1st 1999
The Security SetUp web-site has been updated with a new design, I hope this fals into taste and that the new design makes browsing easier.

February 5th 1999 (build 203)
A new build of Security SetUp II - Light was released.  This new build has no new functions, the only changes are in the license terms for danish users.

January 4th 1999
A new build of Security SetUp II - Light was released.  This new build fixes a bug, that caused problems for users of the files allowed feature.  A few minor bugs for NT users have also been removed.

December 1st 1998
A new build of Security SetUp II - Light is released.  The new build has been fitted with Im-/Export features for configuration files.  Commercial registrations will even get a bonus feature, registry export (check the help file in Build 200).

Security SetUp 1.00 has finally retired after 12.323 registrations. Security SetUp 1.00 was old and buggy, the later version "Security SetUp II - Light" is by far better and more stable. Security SetUp 1.00 can thus no longer be registered.
